In less than 10 hours I shall be on my way to London. Not going 'back' to London, but simply going there. 'Back' is reserved for Singapore only.
As much as I dread leaving behind friends and family, I think what JY said is true (as always): Singapore is 650 sq km of comfort zone, and we only have this period to pull ourselves away from it for personal growth. If and when we finally decide to uproot ourselves from our jobs and return home sometime in the near/distant future, we'll probably never leave again.
This has been an awkward homecoming of sorts, since nothing much happened between now and the previous one. The next one will be better.
